You can upgrade or change your plan at any time from your account settings.
How to Upgrade
- 1Go to Settings → Billing.
- 2Click 'Change Plan'.
- 3Select the new plan.
- 4Review the pricing and click 'Confirm Upgrade'.
- 5If upgrading mid-cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your billing period.
Annual vs. Monthly Billing
All Zyene plans are available month-to-month. Annual billing is not required. If you choose annual billing, you receive a 20% discount on the monthly rate.
Downgrading
To downgrade to a lower plan, go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan and select the lower tier. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
